What if we're wrong? Our process has been revamped in process that took nearly 14 months to process...process that! Look, I'm someone who strives for the "new", always changing and evolving almost to my own detriment.
Our clients at Snap Creative understand our process and why it's so exhausting (at least I think they do), but what if it's all for nothing? What if there is an easier, faster and simpler (and by all of that I mean smarter) way to build a great website?
We've talked (okay maybe chewed) our clients ears off about user data and usability and building for their customers. Believe me, we understand our Mike Tyson like approach because we too have heard the same thing from every expert in the field, but what if we took a different approach? Why are users brought into the fold after the fact or later in the process (if they are even brought into the fold at all)? Why not take the guesswork completely out of the fold when creating websites? Why isn't there anyone else out there truly listening to their users and building around that.
Guesswork is for suckers and last I checked, my last name wasn't Wonka. It's time to make a change, a wave perhaps and stir (or shake) things up!
